    Hey Linda! just wanted to say love the website!!:D been on a burger mission big time lately and finding your site was great!:) since about march ive been thinking up and compiling my burgers of the world list,ive had enough of working in other peoples kitchens and would love to go it on my own soon:) ive added a few to the list today one of which was my German idea (pork&beef,marjoram,caraway,garlic..& then some toppings) cant wait to read more from you and get cooking:) tom

    Hi Linda,
    I see you have a very nice recipe for lamburger with advieh, but I could not find how you put the two together. Should I just blend the lamb with the spices or dredge the meat in the spices and then broil/cook? I made the advieh, but need to know what I should do to combine them.

      Hi Jill, I mixed the spices in with the meat. I generally find that dredging results in too heavy a flavor on the outside of the burger, I prefer to blend in with the meat so that it’s a milder flavor throughout. Sorry for the confusion – enjoy!
